Cherub Krater Pot

A beautiful porcelain krater shaped pot. The pot's body sits on top of an ornate circular base, and is highlighted by its incredibly detailed handles. The blue color of the vase is soft and playful, creating a vivid backdrop for the piece's hand painted Rococo motif. Depicting a different scene on each side, it shows cherubs attending to woman in states of undress. The backgrounds depict natural landscapes and incoporate romain style buildings.
